To the fullest extent permitted by Polish law, Spinwinera shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of WislaPlay.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to use WislaPlay — which is zero, as the service is free.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights under EU law.
